6th Annual Panama Jazz Festival Begins Today

The 6th Annual Panama Jazz Festival begins in the Panama City today. The festival will take place from January 12 – 17.  Organizer, Danilo Perez, famous Panamanian pianist confirmed the appearance of Jazz legends from Cuba and the US, Wayne Shorter and  Chucho Valdés.

The Festival showcases concerts, events, jazz clinics and jam session throughout the city. Expect to see Jazz greats in free concerts at Casco Viejo,  and don’t be surprised if you find yourself jamming besides a legend.
